Booking Terms & Conditions

 

BOOKINGS MADE BEFORE 30 APRIL 2011 All inquiries for accommodation will remain confirmed for (14) fourteen days. After (14) fourteen days your booking will automatically expire unless a deposit of 25% of the full total of your booking is received. A confirmation receipt and tax invoice will be remitted for the balance of your accommodation funds and will be required one calendar month prior to arrival date.

 

BOOKINGS FROM 1 MAY 2011 Reservations made after 1 May 2011 require 50% payment in 7 days with the balance payable 14 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the full amount is due within 7 days. Bookings will be immediately cancelled without notice if no payment is received.

 

PAYMENT Cheques should be made payable to Snowman Property Management Pty Ltd and sent to PO Box 480 BRIGHT VIC 3741. For direct deposits please contact our office on (03) 57593503 for bank account details. For credit card payments you can call our office as above using any of the following credit cards to secure your booking; Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard.

 

 

CANCELLATION If notice of cancellation is received in writing one calendar month or more prior to arrival date, and the Snowbird Inn is able to refill the vacancy created a full refund will be offered. If less than one calendar months notice is given, ALL MONIES PAID ARE FORFEITED unless the Snowbird Inn is able to refill the vacancy. In this situation all monies will be refunded except an administration fee of 10% of the total booking. No other refund will be made except as described below. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.

 

SNOW GUARANTEE Mount Hotham offers some of the most reliable skiing in Australia, however all skiers know that Mother Nature can be fickle. If there are fewer than three lifts operational due to a lack of snow three days prior to the commencement of your ski holiday you may choose to receive a full credit on a future ski holiday or full refund on all pre-paid accommodation and lift company products less a $50 administration fee per person.

 

CHECK IN Check in time is from 2pm.

 

CHECK OUT Strictly 10AM on day of departure. Luggage storage facilities are available along with change rooms and showers.
